We cordially invite you to our 4th Encuentro Milonguero Varsovia:

We dance only milonguero style or close embrace ("heart to heart") — no open embrace or tango nuevo dancers are accepted.
Strictly social dance.
Milonga codes are applied.
Invitation by mirada & cabeceo.
Balanced number of men and women.
Traditional music; tandas and cortinas.
Admission on reservation and prepayment.

💶 Cost: 150 euros / person (650 PLN / person) + bank transfer costs

In the price you get:

5 milongas with traditional music provided by experienced DJs.
Coffee break during the milonga: tea, coffee, water, juice, assortment of cakes and mini cakes, fruits.
Hot soup during the night milongas — an assortment of 2 different soups (from 22:00 to 23:00).
1 hot dinner in the restaurant downstairs (Saturday) — buffet available from 14:00 to 18:00; special dinner tickets for Saturday.

Limited places: 150 people.

Location: Studio Tańca Classic — Poligonowa 32, Warsaw
Room with wooden floor — space of 400 sq.m and high ceiling.

📝 REGISTRATION – starts on 13 October 2025:

1. First we register couples.
2. Then we register men solo.
3. Then we register women solo.

This is to maintain the balance between leaders and followers. Dancers who register solo (without a partner) will be put on the waiting list until we find a partner to accompany them — then we send a confirmation of the registration to both.

Registration process:

Send an e-mail to the Organizer: e-mail
Provide the following information (if registering alone, send points a–d only):
- a) name and surname
- b) e-mail
- c) telephone number (with country code)
- d) city / country
- e) your partner’s name
- f) your partner’s e-mail
- g) your partner’s telephone number (with country code)
- h) your partner’s city / country
After receiving the application e-mail, the organizers will send confirmation of receipt.
If accepted, you will receive payment details (bank transfer to Organizer’s account or cash personally to the Organizer before the event).
Payment must be made within 2 weeks from receiving payment details.
After receiving payment you will be sent a separate e-mail which is the final CONFIRMATION of participation in the event.

ATTENTION: Please do not buy flight tickets or make hotel reservations before registering, paying, and receiving our final CONFIRMATION e-mail (sent AFTER receiving your payment). The Organizer does not reimburse premature travel/hotel costs.

PROGRAM of the ENCUENTRO:

***FRIDAY***
- From 20:30 — registration at the reception
- 21:00–02:00 — MILONGA de la BIENVENIDA
   - Coffee break during the milonga.
   - Hot soup during the night milonga (22:00–23:00).

***SATURDAY***
- 14:00–18:00 — MILONGA de la TARDE
- 18:00–21:00 — break (hot dinner in the restaurant downstairs available 14:00–18:00)
- 21:00–01:00 — MILONGA de la NOCHE
   - Hot soup during the night milonga (23:00).
   - Coffee break during all milongas.

***SUNDAY***
- 14:00–18:00 — MILONGA de la TARDE
- 18:00–20:00 — break
- 20:00–24:00 — MILONGA de la DESPEDIDA
   - Hot soup during the night milonga (22:00).
   - Coffee break during all milongas.

Terms and conditions (summary):

This is a closed private event organised by Luiza & Marcelo Almiron. Participation only for registered individuals on the Participants’ list.
Participation requires prior registration and payment in advance.
Priority: couples and men solo; women solo placed on waiting list until matched.
Payment and refund policies: cost is 150 euros (650 PLN); payments must be made within 2 weeks of receiving payment details; Organizer does not refund travel/hotel costs or reimburse in case of resignation; Organizer may change program or event details.
