- We dance only milonguero style or close embrace (“heart to heart”) — no open embrace or tango nuevo/show tango.
- Strictly social dancing
- Milonga codes are applied (ronda, mirada & cabeceo)
- Balanced number of men and women
- Traditional music; tandas and cortinas
- Admission by reservation and prepayment only

Cost: 150 euros / person (650 PLN / person) + bank transfer costs
In the price you get:
- 5 milongas with traditional music provided by experienced DJs
- Coffee break during the milonga: tea, coffee, water, juice, assortment of cakes and mini cakes, fruits
- Hot soup during the night milongas — assortment of 2 different soups (22:00–23:00)
- 1 hot dinner in the restaurant downstairs (Saturday) — buffet choice available 14:00–18:00 (you will receive special dinner tickets for Saturday)
Limited places: 150 people.

Room with wooden floor — 400 sq.m and high ceiling.

REGISTRATION — starts on 13 October 2025
- First: couples
- Then: men solo
- Then: women solo

- Provide the following information:
- a) name and surname
- b) e-mail
- c) telephone number (with country code)
- d) city / country
- e) your partner’s name
- f) your partner’s e-mail
- g) your partner’s telephone number (with country code)
- h) your partner’s city / country
If you register alone, send only points a–d. - After receiving the application e-mail, the organizers will send a confirmation of receipt.
- If accepted, you will receive payment details (bank transfer to the Organizer’s account or cash personally to the Organizer before the event).
- Payment must be made within 2 weeks from receiving the payment details e-mail.
- After receiving your payment we will send you a final CONFIRMATION of participation.
PROGRAM of the ENCUENTRO:
- ***FRIDAY***
- 20:30 — registration at the reception
- 21:00–02:00 — MILONGA de la BIENVENIDA
- Coffee break during the milonga: tea, coffee, water, juice, cakes and fruits
- Hot soup during the night milonga: 2 soups (22:00–23:00) - ***SATURDAY***
- 14:00–18:00 — MILONGA de la TARDE
- 18:00–21:00 — break (hot dinner available downstairs 14:00–18:00)
- 21:00–01:00 — MILONGA de la NOCHE
- Hot soup during the night milonga (approx. 23:00)
- Coffee break during all milongas - ***SUNDAY***
- 14:00–18:00 — MILONGA de la TARDE
- 18:00–20:00 — break
- 20:00–24:00 — MILONGA de la DESPEDIDA
- Hot soup during the night milonga (approx. 22:00)
- Coffee break during all milongas
Terms and conditions (summary):
- The Encuentro is a closed private event organized by Luiza & Marcelo Almiron. Participation only for registered individuals on the Participants’ list.
- Participation requires prior registration and payment in advance.
- Priority: couples and men solo; women solo placed on waiting list until balance is achieved.
- If you register alone you may be put on a waiting list until a partner is found; confirmation will be sent to both when paired.
- Payment details will be provided by e-mail; payment deadline: 2 weeks from receiving payment details.
- Cost: 150 euros (650 PLN). No refunds for travel/hotel or in case of resignation; Organizer does not take responsibility for unattended valuables.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change the program or any detail of the event.
