SŁABI – a performance by fourth-year students of the Acting Department at the Aleksander Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy in Warsaw, created as part of the Role Work course in the past academic year. The script, based on the text by Magdalena Drab awarded the Gdynia Dramaturgy Prize, is a moving yet full of bitter irony story about people who are "too weak" to meet the demands placed on them by their environment, and at the same time too sensitive to survive in it. The students create a space where ordinariness becomes drama, and drama – a subversive, ambiguous grotesque. Słabi is not only the story of Anina – tormented by everyday life, overwhelmed by motherhood, paralyzed by the fear of death.
