This is a duo who have spent "hectoseconds" talking about the voice, dozens of joint educational trips in Poland and abroad, collaboration on television programs such as the The Voice series, and stage and vocal cooperation. In everyday life they are friends.
If you are between 13 and 20 years old, you sing and want to develop broadly and holistically in your singing — this invitation is for you.
Our greatest assets are multitasking and a coherent vision of working with the voice — we are vocal coaches with many years of experience and at the same time active singers working successfully in the music industry. We have collaborated with some of the biggest stars of the Polish music scene, well-known producers and record labels (more about us at the end in the bio).
We join forces to invite you to an extraordinary, intimate weekend with the voice. 'Voice Behind the Scenes' and literally in the kitchen. To maintain an individual approach to each participant and a maximally practical character of the meeting, this invitation is addressed to only 10 people aged 13 and up.
The whole event will take place in truly homely conditions at my vocal studio near Warsaw.
The workshop will concern the integration of body, voice and emotions. This is an invitation to look broadly at cause-and-effect and dependencies that govern the voice, while combining vocal training with performing songs and stage practice.
Each participant will work in a group and in individual lessons observed by the rest of the group in small subgroups of a maximum of 5 people.
WORKSHOP SCHEDULE MAY 16-17
Each participant will receive a certificate of attendance.
DEAR GUARDIANS - during our workshops we recommend rest and sightseeing of spring Warsaw :) We will provide healthy snacks, drinks and lunch for participants; just bring them at the designated start times and pick them up at the end according to the workshop schedule.

Who are we?
ADAM CZAPLA:
I know well what the inability to express oneself, a tight throat or blocked emotions are. From a young age I liked to sing — it gave me great joy. However, going on stage and speaking up, opening emotionally in front of people was torment and great stress. My adventure with the voice therefore began with searching for solutions for myself. I have been in the process for many years — it continues. During this time I have managed to travel an extraordinary journey into my own interior, to my voice. Understanding myself better, I began to share my experience with others — that's how my adventure as a voice coach began.
I studied voice at dozens of trainings, courses, conferences and workshops with specialists from around the world. Currently my vocal mentor is Austrian singing teacher and phoniatrist-ENT Dr. Hubert Noè. I look at the voice holistically, reaching out to collaborations with specialists from fields such as speech therapy, osteopathy, acoustics, psychology and phoniatrics.
I graduated specializing in Multimedia Techniques at the Faculty of Mechatronics of the Warsaw University of Technology. I also trained at the Krakow School of Jazz and Popular Music.
On my path so far I have had the opportunity to work with thousands of voices at various levels — from speakers, through amateur/hobby singers to well-known music artists.
I am co-author of the book 'Niezbędnik mojego głosu: o odzyskiwaniu wrażliwości na siebie i swój głos', published in 2024 by Ścieżki Mocy.
As a voice coach I had the pleasure of supporting and accompanying artists such as Roksana Węgiel, Viki Gabor, Sara James, Blanka, Stefano Terrazzino, Kuba Szmajkowski and Włodzimierz Dębowski (aka Paprodziad), as well as theatrical and musical artists.
As a vocalist and backing singer I have collaborated, among others, with Ania Karwan and Marta Gałuszewska.
Collaborating with labels such as Universal Music Polska and Warner Music Poland, I assisted on dozens of studio recordings and work on singles/albums both as a vocal coach and choir arranger and supporting vocalist.
You can hear my voice in the background of songs such as 'Zaskakuj Mnie' by Marcin Sójka or 'Forever and a night' by Viki Gabor.
As a vocal coach I worked on recordings of songs such as 'Superhero', 'Getaway', 'Ramię w Ramię' – Viki Gabor; 'Somebody' – Sara James; 'Solo' – Blanka.
I worked on nine editions of The Voice Kids and seven editions of The Voice Senior as a vocal coach and supporting vocalist, and also as a consultant supporting The Voice of Poland.
I was also a vocal consultant in preparing Polish representatives for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest (2018–2021 – including two winners of that contest) and the adult Eurovision (2023).
For years I was associated with the choir Sienna Gospel Choir and the formation Sienna Singers, with which I reached the semifinals of the ninth edition of Mam Talent.
Currently I actively sing, run individual training, voice rehabilitation, and travel around Poland conducting courses, workshops and trainings.
My meetings with thousands of voices show me that, more or less consciously, everyone is looking for the same thing — they want to express themselves through their voice, they want to speak up and be heard. Because everyone has a voice, but we have different access to it.
