With great joy, we invite you to another nationwide conference - this time dedicated to the needs of teachers in schools run by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage - "Let's Give Teachers Wings"! 📅 Attention – we are meeting in a new location!!! Let's meet on September 19, 2025, in the unique setting of the New Building of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw at Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie 37/39. We want to build a support community for teachers of art schools and inspire them to personal development. During the conference, we will talk about how to take care of mental health in everyday school life and why it is an investment in the future of the young generation – sensitive, creative, open to art and the world. We believe that an art school can be a friendly and inspiring place, where high-quality education goes hand in hand with care for the well-being of teachers and students. We will cover many topics in the fields of psychology, law, and communication. We will discuss, among other things, the importance of mental resilience, how to find creativity within oneself, and how to meet the challenges of being a teacher. The speakers will be trainers who you will also meet during workshops and training sessions in the 2025/26 school year, specially prepared with teachers' needs in mind! Our conference is not just about listening but, above all, about action! There will be 10 workshop zones waiting for you – including topics on emotions, breathing, motivation, gratitude, and more! These will be meetings full of passion, empathy, and practical knowledge. Let this be a time for conversations, exchanging experiences, and mutual inspiration.
