We invite you to a unique training on knife defense in a small group MAX 14 people. It will be conducted by qualified Urban Knife Fighting instructors, who train knife fighting and other combat systems daily. The main instructor will be Harry – a former special forces soldier with over 20 years of experience gained in many countries. He is the creator of the UKF (Urban Knife Fighting) system, which will effectively open your eyes to the realities of knife defense, far from marketing myths. In the face of the growing unpredictability of modern times, it is worth acquiring skills that can save lives. In Poland, knife-related crimes occur daily, which is why we invite you to participate in a seminar that will prepare you for such situations. 📍 Where? Urban Knife Fighting Club, Rogalskiego 1F, Warsaw ⏰ TIME: 10:00 to 15:30 (please arrive at least 15 minutes earlier to fill out documents) We have conducted training for the best uniformed services in Poland and abroad, and now it's your turn! The seminar is aimed at both people without experience and those for whom combat is a daily routine. The topic of the training is Basic Knife Defense Training. As a participant, you will learn: - how to read your opponent, - how to avoid danger, - legal regulations and how to use them, - where to hide and how to hold a knife and defend yourself effectively, - how to use a knife for self-defense without exceeding the limits of necessary defense, - basic cuts/thrusts, - everything about vital points and human anatomical structure, - techniques that will allow you to train at home. At the seminar, you will learn techniques on how to use a knife in defense to neutralize an aggressor without killing them, but causing maximum damage and being able to retreat safely.
