Dear friends! Together with Justin Kirschner – a yoga teacher with passion and experience, we have prepared a series of eight yoga sessions on the grass. Registration is required and places are limited! Classes take place on the green Courtyard in front of the Laboratory at Browary Warszawskie, next to The Clinic. We only have mats for the first 20 people, so if you have one – bring it with you! 📋 Registration: via the form https://forms.gle/b7S9L87zYUw8JavD8 🧘♂️ About Justin: My name is Justin Kirschner and I am a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200) after intensive training in Bali, where I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the tradition of yoga both physically and spiritually. Since then, yoga has become my life path. On a daily basis, I conduct about 35 hours of classes per week – it is my everyday life, passion, and way of sharing what is transformative. In working with students, I combine various styles – from fluid Vinyasa, through strengthening Power Yoga and classic Hatha Yoga, to deeply restorative Yin sessions. Each class is not only a physical practice for me but also a conscious work with breath, a space for mindfulness, and a moment of pause.
