Join us for summer gentle yoga 𝓼𝓵𝓸𝔀 𝓯𝓵𝓸𝔀 in nature, among 200-year-old trees of the UW Botanical Garden. For everyone – both beginners and advanced. Combining movement with breath – will help us reduce stress and strengthen our bodies. 𝓢𝓵𝓸𝔀 𝓯𝓵𝓸𝔀 is a calm yoga style that focuses on smoothly transitioning from one pose to another at a slow pace, while simultaneously focusing on breath and meditation. The goal is to achieve balance of body and mind, as well as increase awareness of one's own body. Breath is the most important element of slow flow, coordinating movement and providing calmness. Slow flow encourages mindfulness and focus on sensations in the body. --- 📅 Summer DATES | 5:00 PM: - June 30 - July 7, 14, 28 - August 18, 25 📅 September DATES | every Monday | 5:00 PM: - September 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 📍 Where?
