We invite people who experience the effects of tension and stress on a daily basis, would like to have better contact with their own body, and are looking for a new method of work and development. TRE® (Tension Release Exercises) is a method that involves activating neurogenic vibrations in the body through a sequence of simple exercises, enabling the release of stress, tension, and blocked emotions. TRE® exercises are easy to learn and can be used by people of all ages and physical conditions. The introductory workshop is dedicated to those who would like to learn this method.
