This deeply calming experience regulates the nervous system, relieves tension, and purifies the body—both physically and emotionally. WHAT DOES THE SESSION LOOK LIKE? You enter the salt cave, where the air is enriched with natural microelements, including iodine, magnesium, and potassium. - You lie down on a comfortable deck chair and wrap yourself in a soft blanket. - The sound session involves a therapist playing Tibetan singing bowls—an instrument emitting vibrations at soothing, low frequencies. - These sounds influence brain waves, helping you achieve a state of deep relaxation. WHO IS IT FOR? Relaxation in the salt cave is recommended for people who: - live under constant stress, - suffer from insomnia, fatigue, or anxiety, - want to detoxify their body and improve breathing, - are undergoing recovery or emotional therapy, - need calmness and inner harmony.
