Join us for yoga classes at Pole Mokotowskie This is the tenth season of our project promoting yoga according to B.K.S. Iyengar. 🗓 We meet every Sunday in June, July, August, and September at 10:00 AM. The one-hour classes will be led by qualified instructors. We expect enthusiasm and a good mood from you. No prior yoga experience is required. Bring a mat and a blanket. Classes will only be canceled in case of rain, which we will announce in the event. Low temperatures and cloudy skies are not a problem for us. Dress in layers in such weather. On sunny days, we encourage wearing hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen. 📍 We meet at Pole Mokotowskie near the beach volleyball court. Exact coordinates: 52°12'35.9"N 20°59'38.4"E.
