Dear Person! Do you want to learn how to build offline relationships? Be able to express your needs? Set boundaries and support yourself in everyday life? If you answered yes to even one of these questions, or if you don't know the answer yet - we invite you to join our group. Our meetings will be a toolkit to help you live more confidently, consciously, and fearlessly with yourself and among others. Challenges we will tackle together: - Who am I? What strengthens me, what inspires me, where am I heading? - I want to learn to name and express emotions. - I want to recognize fear and learn how to deal with it. - How to build and maintain relationships in real life? - How to confront without fear of rejection? - How to build inner strength and independence from others' opinions? - Where does that voice come from that tells you you're not enough? - How to recognize when someone crosses my boundaries and how not to cross others'? - What is neurodiversity and how to cope with it? - My body - my home. How to build a healthy self-image. Work methods: Psychoeducation, social skills training, elements of art therapy, movement, and mindfulness. 📅 When: September - December 2025 Thursdays 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM + two Saturday workshops 📍 Location: Youth Assistance Society, Nowolipki 2 Facilitators: - Agnieszka Mazur - psychologist, Gestalt psychotherapist, sings in circles - Monika Szeliga - educator, Gestalt psychotherapist, trainer The project is primarily aimed at people from the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, registered or living outside the city of Warsaw.
