During the course: - You will learn techniques for effectively dealing with difficult emotions and everyday challenges. - You will learn to find peace and derive satisfaction from life, even in routine activities. - You will develop empathy, compassion, and a more relaxed approach to life. The program was developed by Prof. Jon Kabat-Zinn and is supported by numerous scientific studies. It is conducted by a certified MBSR teacher.
