Paweł Martyniuk Has been working with conscious breathing for 7 years. Entrepreneur, Blogger, Warrior, Husband, Father, Friend. I help people achieve well-being and fully develop their potential. I work with my story and heart to give others the best of me. In my work, I draw from therapeutic tools, voice dialogue methods, pulsing, fieldwork, release techniques, and even martial arts. However, the common denominator connecting all these experiences, as well as being a method in itself, is Conscious Breathing. Marta Grabowska I am a breath practitioner and trainer. I obtained my diploma at the Institute of Breath and international certification at the Alchemy of Breath school. I am also a mentor at Forest Therapy Hub, which trains and certifies Shinrin-Yoku Forest Bathing Guides. In my work, I strive to combine breathwork with sensory immersion in nature. I am a graduate of postgraduate studies in Coaching and Mentoring at SWPS/Laboratory of Psychoeducation in Warsaw and the Holistic School of Trainers. I spent many years in international corporations, managing multicultural teams. Breath has saved my skin many times, and working with breath has become my path to getting closer to myself. I conduct individual sessions, group sessions, and workshops in various cities in Poland and online.
