No one has seen it, and no one has heard of it for a long time. On Cactus Hill, the search for a new sheriff is also underway. Fear of the Thief has made the residents constantly uneasy. When a new sheriff arrives in town, an investigation begins to uncover what happened to joy... Will they be able to answer the question "Where has joy gone in the Wild West?" and will the new sheriff truly perform his duties diligently and responsibly?
