We warmly invite you to the Open Day at the Local Activity Center "Kotłownia" at Jana Olbrachta Street 7A! This is a perfect opportunity to get to know our place, meet neighbors, participate in interesting activities and workshops, and spend time in a pleasant atmosphere. 🎉 FREE ENTRY - no age restrictions. 📅 When? September 9th, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM Event program: - 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Neighborly Singing A neighborhood choir, composed of talented residents from our area, has prepared a meeting full of music, good humor, and communal singing for you. There will also be refreshments and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. It's a great opportunity to get to know each other and spend time enjoying well-known melodies. - 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM Warsaw Dialect Workshop We invite you to a workshop on Warsaw dialect - a meeting at the table, with tea, and our capital's speech and style of Syreni Gród. We're bringing the charm! What can you expect? - a humorous and lively introduction/learning of elements of the dialect - communal reading of columns and dialect texts - scenes, exercises, and language quizzes – dialect in use and in life - stories about Wiech and recent Warsaw The workshop will be led by Heniek Małolepszy from the Warszawiaki Foundation and the Warsaw Dialect Association. - 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM Dream Map Creating a collage is an inspiring meeting that allows participants to visualize their desires, goals, and aspirations. Using colorful materials and creative group work, you can create a unique dream map - personal and motivating. It's a perfect opportunity to pause for a moment, think about the future, and discover what truly matters to us. The workshop will be led by animator Nataliia Soltysik. - 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM Scientifically Twisted To end the day, we invite you to a session with Przemysław Jóźwik, an active resident of Wola and our volunteer. In one workshop, you'll discover how mathematics is useful in everyday life, learn the basics of Portuguese, and master practical computer shortcuts that make work easier. These dynamic and diverse activities will prove that learning can truly be engaging! A whole day filled with attractions, conversations, and good energy.
