Event: Body – Voice – Soul: The Path of the Conscious Singer Voice, body, and stage presence development workshops Event description: We invite you to unique, transformative workshops for classical singers, actors, educators, and singing students who wish to: - deepen their vocal technique, - build a deeper connection with their body and emotions, - find an authentic sound flowing from the soul. “Body – Voice – Soul” is a space for conscious work, where technical development meets introspection and the release of creative potential. During the sessions, we will focus on building a fuller awareness of the body as an instrument – through work with breath, posture, tensions, and deeper perception of the voice as a carrier of emotions and energy. We will explore the relationship between the body and sound, seeking an authentic, free sound that flows from inner harmony. Participants will be invited to work on blockages – both physical and emotional – that may limit their natural stage and vocal expression. The workshops aim to create a safe, supportive space where every singer can discover and develop their voice in alignment with their own path – not only as an artist but also as a person fully present within themselves. This is a journey toward greater freedom, authenticity, and creative power – through the body, voice, to the soul. Emotional and energetic hygiene for singers as part of daily mental health care. - Harmonizing body, voice, and soul – seeking internal coherence as the foundation of authentic musical interpretation. - Creating a space for personal growth and integration – workshops as a place not only for learning but also for inner transformation in the spirit of mindfulness, acceptance, and creative development. For over 30 years, he has been conducting therapy and workshops in Poland and abroad, supporting people in finding their authenticity and inner strength. - Katarzyna Starzycka – pianist, coach, music therapist. She accompanies opera singers and students in the process of integrating technique, emotions, and stage presence.
