During the workshop, you will receive instructions to quickly and effectively learn how to breathe correctly and more efficiently. You will learn exercises simulating high-altitude training, strengthen your diaphragm, and gain better control over your body and mind, allowing you to derive greater satisfaction from training. You will increase your physical endurance while reducing the strain on your heart and respiratory system.
