The Polish Modern Music Institute Foundation in Kraków announces recruitment for the Tape ART project group.

18.01.2025 - 01.02.2025 trial period. Introduction to tape art. – At the very beginning, we will show you what you need to create your own artwork on tape. Learn about the program of classes, contact us at e-mail: BIURO@PMMI.ORG.PL
02.02.2025 – 27.04.2025 classes of the Tape Art project group. We will help you create your own Tape Art gallery, from which you can start earning for yourself.
At the end of the workshops, we will together create an artistic space Tunnel of tape art and a street art project on a mural.
Tape Art is gaining increasing interest among creative people. Developing new techniques for taping using materials is always exciting.
The artistic style of Tape Art – working in this style can certainly be said to open access to a new, creative medium and the possibility of discovering a new artistic world.
For those interested in Tape Art, the first step already brings satisfaction, as success in this field is achieved quickly.
By applying adhesive tape material to art projects, various techniques will emerge, which you will learn through your own work.
Let go of your daily problems, forget about them, and create what brings you pleasure, play with adhesive tape materials, and try to see where you can change the boundaries of your fantastic drawing.
Start earning by creating artistic projects in the Tape Art style.
✅ WHERE CAN THE TAPE ART STYLE BE APPLIED?
Tape Art can be a wonderful artistic work not only on murals, building facades but also indoors – e.g., in galleries, exhibition and fair centers, when installing room decorations in entire halls, hollow.
Tape Art fits well into the interior of apartments, offices, etc., large stage spaces.
Tape Art work can be highlighted through stage lights, expressed through performance arts. Stage lights can be programmed together with Tape Art work, creating unimaginable visual creations.
Tape Art enters the film and advertising industry, strongly impacting the audience visually. For example, creating an animated film from Tape Art works that can be used as a film on screens during concerts, festivals, theatrical shows, circuses.
In September 2024, under the auspices of the PMMI Foundation, the Tape Art Academy was established in Poland. As part of the project tasks, we announce recruitment for the project group.
✅ FOR WHOM?: Target group from 15+
We warmly invite to the Tape Art project group:
future and active professionals in the industry, beginner and intermediate contemporary art artists;
designers and stylists in the clothing industry;
interior and exterior architects;
employees of cultural institutions;
people involved in organizing exhibitions, fairs, building fine arts galleries, preparing stage decorations, etc.;
employees of artistic publishing houses, concert and advertising agencies;
everyone in any way connected with the artistic, creative industry, wanting to systematize their existing knowledge and acquire new practical knowledge.
As you can see, there are no restrictions! – anyone interested can join us.
Applications are accepted from 21.12.2024
Trial classes start on 18.01.2025 – lasting two weeks, organized every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 12:00. Two groups will be selected for the trial period.
The number of places is limited, admission is decided by a 2-week trial period consisting of 6 meetings of 2 hours each.

For the project work period 02.02.2025 – 27.04.2025: in 3 (three) installments of 600 PLN by the 10th of each month. The total price for the project period includes the cost of workshop classes, i.e., 50 hours
