High Heels Dance is a dynamic form of dance that combines various dance styles, creating interesting sequences and choreographies. This dance engages many muscle groups, contributing to improved physical fitness, coordination, and the confidence of the participants. ✨

The program includes:
👉🏼 Strengthening key muscle groups: Participants work on the strength and flexibility of their bodies.
👉🏼 Learning techniques for moving in heels: Participants learn how to move confidently and elegantly in high shoes.
👉🏼 Choreographies tailored to the level of advancement: Classes are planned to match the participants' skills, ensuring comfort and satisfaction in learning.

👠 Shoe requirements:
Participants are encouraged to bring comfortable shoes with a stable heel, preferably with an enclosed ankle. For those who are just starting their journey, there is also the option to participate in classes without heels.

Ola Żurik - Her journey with dance began in childhood, making dance and music an inseparable part of her life.
As a child, she trained in various dance styles such as disco dance, ballet, and hip hop. This diverse foundation has fostered a love for exploring different types of movement, allowing her to continuously improve her skills and develop in new directions. Currently, she focuses mainly on Dancehall, High Heels, and Acrobatics.
As an instructor, she strives to pass on her passion to her students, showing the importance of understanding the culture of the dance style, inspiring them to seek and develop in movement and musicality.
Her classes are a space where everyone can express themselves through dance, regardless of their skill level. She constantly seeks new inspirations to make her lessons dynamic, diverse, and full of energy. She cares that students not only learn technique but also feel the joy of movement and discover their own passion in dance and music.
