The last country in Europe that still lives in the realities described by the words 'Luxembourg, hut, glass' or 'Borders: steel rivers, steel mountains' is Belarus. It is from there that artists come, bringing the authentic spirit of resistance, reminding us of our shared Eastern heritage. On stage will perform Kowelskie Psy (electropunk), Serbskiy Nozh (postpunk), Sož (electro-postpunk), and Prorva (cold oi/punk). Frosty sounds, the energy of rebellion, and melancholy straight from the soul of the East — this evening is a must for fans of postpunk and alternative music. Come and feel what the contemporary voice of the 'People of the East' sounds like!

Kowelskie Psy / electropunk / presentation of the new album titled Gav!No — https://band.link/kvldgs_gavno
The band does not fit exactly into the trend #zimnafala, but its depressive, social, and existential lyrics hit straight to the hearts of empathetic people (if you have any). The romantic electropunk duo was formed in Belarus in 2017 and is known for countless side projects, such as ZAO «Somnitelnyje iniciativy» and others. Every concert of the band is a burlesque party, a desperate rave, and a socio-cultural challenge — something like a pride parade in a collective farm.
Serbskiy Nozh / postpunk / presentation of the new single Evropa — https://open.spotify.com/track/3QzWgkP42Z56p8nPauQTfy
A music project created by Belarusian artists in exile. Serbskiy Nozh is an attempt to find a sound that reflects current themes related to the political and historical heritage of Belarus and Eastern Europe. As part of the project, the artists also strive to create a unique visual style.
This last one is based on the creators' interests in the traditions of Cyrillic and iconography that developed in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. In Belarusian lands, there was a very developed school of ornamental decorations, book design, and decorative crafts. The collective reinterprets these traditions, performing works in two languages. In their lyrics, one can find references to Christian anarchism, the ideas of Kierkegaard, and Martin Luther.
Sož / electro postpunk / presentation of the new single 'Eras i Tanatas' https://li.sten.to/eras_i_tanatas
Sož is an electro post-punk band from Homel, in eastern Belarus, named after a local river. They have an EP titled 'Apošnija Tancory,' several singles, and are known for several very innovative animated music videos. The band is currently working on their debut album, playing concerts in Poland.
The latest single 'Eras i Tanatas' marks a new chapter in the band's history, as now all its members live in the same city (after 4 years of 'relocation mosaic').
Prorva / coldpunk / EP Recha — https://linktr.ee/prorva
The band Prorva released their debut EP Recha in 2024. The group plays cold punk and is already well-known among concertgoers at squats across Poland. Classic direct lyrics of the genre combined with a melodic guitar duet create a universe of a lost world.
On December 24, the debut EP will be released on CD by @D.I.Y Koło Records. The CD will be available for purchase during the concert on January 17.
