Open Day at Crux – see how wonderful climbing is!

All those who want to get to know this sport are invited on Saturday, January 11th for classes that will introduce you to the world of climbing. And all of this at the price of entry to Crux.

We are preparing for you:

⚪️ START Classes – introduction to bouldering wall climbing: safety, basic techniques, and issues

🔵 Introduction to climbing-related training – discussion of basic exercises in the gym - with Karol Bilecki

🟢 Introduction to stretching – Asia Oleksiuk will show you how to stretch after climbing!

⚪️ We will set up a new formation with simpler boulders – here you will try out your newly acquired skills!

You can sign up for all these classes below. At the price of a regular entry to Crux or entry with a system card. Payment is collected on-site : )
