On Sunday, January 19th, I invite you to a concert that I will sing together with you.

That evening, we will create unique, improvised songs together.

During two sets interspersed with sauna sessions, in complete darkness and full focus on listening to each other, accompanied by guitar, in improvised singing, we will let the sounds that we have within us resonate, and after the concert, we invite you to a free jam session.

The evening will continue in a free, spontaneous rhythm of alternating sauna and rest.

Sauna Parostacja has once again stopped at the Open Workshop 3/6 in Jazdów, in the heart of Warsaw!

If we haven't had the chance to meet yet, come and get to know us!

Us, meaning a small community focused around the bathhouse, of open-minded people 🙂

As you probably already know, time stops for us, and we deliberately took the thermometer off the wall 🙂

We are focused on feeling and tenderness, flow and joy, cleansing and healing!

We are coming to the city with a sample of what we do every day at the Parostacja Health Resort, which is our magical grove near Warsaw, in the forest, by the lake, in Marynin near Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

We treat bathing in hot steam as a ritual.

We work with the medicine of the elements – fire, water, air, and earth, as well as what the plant world gives us.

We create a safe space – social, open, and honest – where everything artificial is left outside.

We are guided by Slavic roots while also combining the customs of various bath cultures from around the world – pirtys, bani, hammam, or sweat lodges.

Discovering forgotten traditions inspires us to continuously seek new ways to experience extreme temperatures and treat the sauna as a laboratory of constant multi-sensory experiments.

Parostacja's specialty is healing journeys into altered states of consciousness with the help of hot compresses made from fragrant oak twigs and tension-releasing deep massage – in a ritual setting of dense aromas of incense, refreshing taste of frozen fruits, and soothing sounds of bowls and bells.

At Jazdów, we will arrive in a format well-known to attendees of summer music and consciousness festivals, after which we circulate with our colorful and sonorous caravan.

Besides the bathhouse, body work, and rituals, we offer you a rich program of workshops, concerts, and cultural events.

We invite you to:
- concerts, jams, sets, audio dramas, and broadcasts of Paro-stacja - live from the Open Workshop space to the sauna
- literary meetings
- white and throat singing workshops
- voice opening sessions in the sauna
- yoga and fascial stretching
- guided meditations
- breathing sessions
- bowl and gong concerts
- ceramic workshops
- body treatments - steaming, infusing, brushing, and scrubs
- trance group ceremonies with music and singing
- sauna healings - blissful journeys in pairs for 2-5 people, lying down

Between sauna sessions, the Open Workshop space will be available for you, with a kitchen, bathroom, and a relaxation room with a fireplace and piano (feel free to play, and we also encourage you to bring your own instruments).

We cool off in the standing bathtub next to the sauna or by pouring water from a hose/bucket.

It's good to bring at least 2-3 towels and a hat.

On-site, you will find water, lemonade, hot tea, and our legendary, fermented kombucha known for its love of explosions from the Parostacyjny Kombucha Lab.

Each participant engages in individual work with their own body within their needs and capabilities.

Everyone also takes responsibility for the comfort of the group, caring for a shared sense of safety
• Everything artificial is left outside. Nudity is freed from erotic context here.
• We only pour water on the stove when it is really hot; if it is not - we first add wood!
• We leave the sauna every time we feel that our body has had enough, allowing it to cool down properly.
• To give everyone a chance to listen to their body's needs, we adapt to the energy of the majority regarding whether to behave more quietly or loudly at that moment.
• During guided sessions, we maintain silence and focus on the sensations received through the senses.
