On Sunday, January 12, we are taking you on another adventure that combines the worlds of baths, sound, and poetry!

Come to listen and play. Experience together. Spend blissful time in the fireplace space of the Open Workshop house and our small bath, where we will live stream sounds to experience them even more.

We will start with Ambient, and where it takes us will depend only on you. It's possible that elements of rock or blues will appear, but we will try to steer in a different direction this time.

Bring your instruments; guitar or bass will also be available on site. If you like to sing, bring some shakers to have something to do between verses.

Bring your own or someone else's poems that resonate with you.

You will be able to whisper them into the microphone, and it will all be heard in the sauna thanks to the live stream!

Parostacja is known for often combining sound baths and steam baths. It's a journey with singing, live voices, a connection in a shared vibration. These are ceremonies in which you participate, not just watch.

The Parostacja Sauna has once again stopped at the Open Workshop 3/6 in Jazdów, in the heart of Warsaw!

If we haven't had the chance to meet yet, come and get to know us!

Us, meaning a small community focused around the bath with open minds 🙂

As you probably already know, time stops here, and we deliberately took the thermometer off the wall 🙂

We are focused on feeling and tenderness, flow and joy, cleansing and healing!

We are coming to the city with a sample of what we do every day at the Parostacja Health Resort, our magical grove near Warsaw, in the forest, by the lake, in Marynin near Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

We treat hot steam baths as a ritual.

We work with the medicine of the elements – fire, water, air, and earth, as well as what the plant world gives us.

We create a safe space – social, open, and honest – where everything artificial is left outside.

We are guided by Slavic roots while also combining customs from various bathing cultures around the world – pirtys, bani, hammam, or sweat lodges.

Discovering forgotten traditions inspires us to continuously seek new ways to experience extreme temperatures and treat the sauna as a laboratory of constant multi-sensory experiments.

Parostacja's specialty is healing journeys into altered states of consciousness with the help of hot compresses made from fragrant oak twigs and tension-releasing deep massage – in a ritual setting of dense aromas of incense, refreshing taste of frozen fruits, and soothing sounds of bowls and bells.

In Jazdów, we will arrive in a format already well-known to attendees of summer music and consciousness festivals, after which we roam with our colorful and sonorous caravan.

- yoga and fascial stretching

- body treatments - steaming, steaming, brushing, and scrubs

- trance group ceremonies with music and singing

- sauna healings - blissful journeys in steam for 2-5 people, lying down

- deep massage sessions releasing emotions and tensions from the body - in individual or couple options.
