In December 2024, the album Jazz for Christmas premiered, featuring carols in jazz arrangements for guitar and piano duet accompanied by drums. We would like to present to you pieces from this album. May the spirit of Christmas resonate once again.

The Walicki-Popiołek Duo, once again breaking jazz conventions and going beyond the canon of classical music, has created a holiday gift consisting of twenty-two carols and pastorals presented in fragrant evergreen and fresh classical-jazz arrangements for guitar, piano, and drums in a mixed ensemble.

The creators of these musical gifts are Aleksandra Chmielewska and Mirosław Drożdżowski. The sparkling harmony of guitar and piano evokes the warm glow of a fire in the fireplace during a December snowstorm, while the sounds of Gniewomir Tomczyk's drums, like a silver ribbon tied around a gift, add a unique character to the pieces.
