Need is the feeling of lack that prompts action. A swarm is a collective that acts as a whole, but also a bee family that leaves the hive with its queen when it no longer feels safe there. 'The Need of the Swarm' is a story about the need to express oneself within a specific system, about growing up and motherhood, the struggle for well-being, and rebuilding relationships with the environment. A form of understanding between work and effect, repetitiveness and spontaneity, creator and recipient. An act of personal and collective search for meaning, understanding, and harmony, at the intersection of individual needs and emotions.
