As every year, we join in celebrating Baltic Porter Day - an initiative by Marcin 'Mason' Chmielarz - a holiday aimed at promoting Poland's beer treasure, which is undoubtedly Baltic Porter.

The celebration will last 3 days, in addition to excellent beer, we will prepare a delicacy that will be a component of a sandwich and the main dish, in a sauce based on this very beverage.
