We invite you to participate in a professional sensory course based on samples prepared from FlavorActiV kits and conducted by Łukasz Rek – an experienced certified PSPD judge, member of the Judging Committee, and long-time member of the jury of the Warsaw Homebrew Competition.
Course participants develop skills to detect both positive and negative aromas and flavors in beer. If you choose the full two-day option, you will learn about each sensory characteristic on both light and dark beer samples. The samples showcase isolated characteristic aromas and flavors most commonly found in homebrewed and commercial beers. You will also learn more about the origin of each fault, optimal detection techniques, and ways to eliminate or reduce its occurrence.
