The theatrical spectacle 'The Nightingale' based on the fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen and plastic animations
In the beautiful scenery of China, with the music of the opera 'The Nightingale' by Igor Stravinsky, a musical story unfolds. There is a free nightingale that sings under the moon and the other, artificial one, which, locked in a cage, always sings the same melody. You will be able to see the Emperor of China, in a real kimono, who allows us to watch the rice-eating ceremony, and we will even catch a glimpse of his Chinese gymnastics.
What impact music has on people – this is what the fairy tale is about – and that one cannot live without music. But the most wonderful thing is that in the performance we will hear the true song of the nightingale and the magnificent music of Igor Stravinsky.
