Training for both a complete beginner and someone needing technical support in further action - everyone will manage.
Each participant will make their own cake with 2 layers of cream, fruit filling, jelly, and crunchy praline. We will decorate the cake with a figurine made of fondant and other details.
Training program:
- sponge cake - light and dark - recipes for both plus making the light one and how and with what to soak it well
- creams for the cake - how much cream for what diameter, recipes for 4 stable creams, and how to work with gelatin creams and why it's worth it
- making jelly for the cake - working with pectin
- fruit filling - working with gelatin - discussion of the recipe
- making and recipe for 2 best crunchy pralines and tips on how to create your own combinations
- layering the cake - a few tips on how to make your work easier
- coating the cake - recipe for the coating and the entire coating process, so the cake is smooth and even
- coloring the coating
- black coating like night - recipe and tips for making it
- making a figurine from fondant - a figurine for a beginner - we discuss types of fondant and ways to work with it
Additionally:
- meringues for decoration - recipe
- flowers - how to secure them and how to install them on the cake
- flexible lace - recipe and making it
We will also discuss the following topics:
- about mistakes at the beginning of the business
- whether to start a business right away or maybe hold off?
- if a workshop, how to do it so as not to go bankrupt at the beginning and not incur high costs
- how to build a portfolio of your clients and what clients to choose
- how to price your work so that on Friday you don't feel only tired and frustrated
- organizing the week - how to plan your working time
- where to buy bases, boxes - a few proven places
- why it's worth living well with the competition…..- what to invest in at the beginning of the business…. And many other topics as long as we have time
After the training, each participant takes their cake, a diploma of completion, a surprise gift, and will join a closed group on FB, where they can count on my support and that of other participants.
The price of the training is 1250 PLN, the maximum number of participants is three people.
The price includes training, lunch, snacks, and drinks.
The guarantee of reservation is the payment of a deposit of 500 PLN to the company account of Eksplozja Smaku, after prior confirmation of a free spot.
In case of cancellation of the training, the deposit is non-refundable. I issue an invoice or receipt.
