From the state of separation to the state of integration – settings in the service of freedom

It is time to end the game in which we have forgotten who we truly are and only because of that have allowed ourselves to be stripped of our memory and power. In this amnesia and unawareness, we agree to live a life that is against our values, lacking colors, scents, and the joy of existence. We agree to fuel a system that, as soon as it wants, drains us of our life energy, giving in return only crumbs and promises of a better, vaguely defined tomorrow.

At a certain, so-called 'deeper' or 'higher' level, we play with ourselves, complicating and hindering ourselves, forgetting who we are and getting lost, only to eventually find our way back to ourselves. To become the essence that we truly are. Or rather to discover it, to experience it, to remember it. But before that happens, we wander in a labyrinth of distorted mirrors and peel off layers of falsehood about ourselves, illusions and masks that we have adopted to find ourselves in this world. We peel the onion to reach its core.

Until we wake up and realize what is going on here, we live programmed to constantly seek authorities outside ourselves, to believe others more than ourselves, to distrust our feelings and intuition. We seek a master, a teacher, a guru, a guide… ultimately a mythical god. We have forgotten that we are the highest form of creation, that the living energy of the source within us is everything, the beginning and the end, the alpha and the omega.

We have stopped being creators; we are slaves, a cheap source of energy.

After just a few years of life on this planet, we feel not_good_enough, insufficient, incomplete. This is the result of thousands of years of programming us by the system, culture, and beings who care about keeping us in a sense of smallness. We give away our energy when we are afraid, when we work for others, when we yield, when we live not in accordance with our values. We are held in this by various programs, patterns, schemes according to which our mind is programmed. The mind, which is an element of the collective mind, full of programmed content. Mainly fear-based. Our childlike mind is like a sponge – it absorbs everything until the age of 7. After that, we are programmed not only by parents, guardians, the educational system, mass media, etc., but also by various 'spiritual,' 'healing,' and esoteric paths. Yes, the so-called esosphere is also taken over and manipulated to rob us of energy and lead us into dead ends.

The effect is that we are very separated from ourselves, scared, discouraged, tired. Or excited and thrilled by the alleged ascension of humanity, we are looking for something that will save and rescue us. But nothing like that will happen. We are heading as humanity down a fast highway towards transhumanism, or… into the abyss, meaning another reset.

We need change. Fundamental. A change in perspective. A change in paradigm. We need to reclaim ourselves, our inner compass. Inner authority.

During the workshop, using the phenomenal method of settings in the informational field, we will recognize what limiting patterns and mental schemes we still have that separate us from the power of our source energy of creation. Recognition is the first step to the decision – does this still need to be relevant for me? Do I still want to believe in this and fuel it with my energy? Awareness of what records we have allows us to erase them and take responsibility for our lives. This is a proposal for those who are tired of feeling helpless and being in the victim position, and are ready to stand in their lives with full responsibility for what they create in it.

It turns out that transgenerational traumas concern us only when we believe in them, or when we are not aware of them at all. The same goes for ancestral entanglements. And with all other mental programs. Any recognized program can be erased if we remember who we truly are. A revolution? Yes. But we no longer have time to continue being deceived and playing hide and seek.

The workshop 'Reclaim Your Life! From the State of Separation to the State of Integration' will take place on Sunday, January 18, 2025, in Warsaw.

Workshops will be held regularly; if this date does not suit you, you can check the Sedna website and come to the next meeting. This is work that changes a lot; each of our meetings brings much wisdom and more and more feeling and inner integration, in a word: it organizes and brings us closer to our true nature.

We start at 10:00 AM; it is worth being a few minutes early. The workshop is planned to end at 6:00 PM. The principle of reciprocity applies; everyone works for everyone, so make sure you can be present for the entire workshop.

During the workshop, one lunch break is planned (there are many bars and restaurants in the area) and several coffee breaks.
