We invite you to a full-day event that we are organizing together with Błogostan Bartosz Niedziela. Workshops with Yin practice, Voice Yoga, and Crystal Bowls in Warsaw's Praga. 💙 We will dive deep into our fascia through MFR (myofascial release) techniques that will prepare us to meet the vibration of our own voice. We will immerse ourselves even deeper into the fascia during the Yin Yoga practice, and then relax and integrate the day's experiences with the sounds of Crystal Bowls. 💙

Workshop price: 499 PLN
The price includes 7 hours of workshops, access to coffee, tea, and fruit during breaks.
