We invite you to the next parkrun Warsaw-Praga meeting!

🟣 parkrun Warsaw-Praga is a free, regular timed run organized over a distance of 5 km. It has been held since May 11, 2013, every Saturday at 9:00 AM in Warsaw's Skaryszewski Park.

🟣 Participation in parkrun is free of charge. However, we ask you to register in advance (https://www.parkrun.pl/rejestracja/) to obtain an individual Participant Code. After completing the run, the Code along with the parkrun token received at the finish line should be shown to the volunteer. The volunteer scans both codes, which allows for the later recording of the time achieved by the participant.

⚠️ In case of no Code, the result will not be recorded.

🟣 parkrun aims to encourage people to spend time together actively. It doesn't matter if you are a professional or a beginner. Your age doesn't matter, and certainly, the time achieved or position at the finish line is not important. We encourage everyone to participate in parkrun, including parents running with their children (also in strollers), runners with their four-legged friends, as well as people practicing Nordic walking.

🟣 In addition to participating in the run, there is always the opportunity to take part in parkrun as a volunteer and help organize our meetings. Volunteering helps maintain the non-commercial nature of the initiative and enables the organization of free runs.
