Workshop description
The concept of 'happiness' is different for each person. As a little girl, I heard the saying that happiness is when you joyfully run to work in the morning and happily return home in the evening... Many years have passed, and I am glad that I do what I love very much and willingly share everything I know, while my family waits for me at home.
Pilates was developed over 100 years ago by Joseph Pilates as rehabilitation gymnastics, which gathers exercises from various practices with a very competent approach to the abdominal-muscle corset (back and abdominal muscles) and a cautious approach to working with joints, which I consider very important in working with the body of modern humans.
This exercise is suitable for people of all ages and different fitness levels. Gymnastics combines strength, balance, and stretching exercises, which is the most competent and harmonious in working with the human body.
I think that for many, the rhythm of modern life has become too intense, and in the stream of daily tasks, we only remember our body when it starts asking for help, our backs, knees, neck hurt…
In Pilates classes, we can not only tone our muscles, get rid of back pain, but also take a break, leaving the chaos behind the threshold, dedicating some time to ourselves and a conscious approach to our body.
I conduct both group and individual classes, and I will be happy to see you and your friends in my classes.

Pilates is the gymnastics I took up after a long journey in sports and fitness work. I graduated from the Academy of Physical Culture and Sports, numerous fitness seminars, and Pilates training.
