Dear PhD Candidates!

The National Representation of PhD Candidates cordially invites you to participate in the III Open Meeting of the National Representation of PhD Candidates for the 2024 term along with the ProDok 2024 Doctoral Environment Awards Gala, which will take place from November 15 to 17, 2024, in Poznań. The sessions will be held at the Poznań University of Technology and the University of Life Sciences in Poznań.

👩‍🎓 The co-organizers of the Open Meeting are the Poznań Agreement of PhD Candidates, the Council of Rectors of the City of Poznań, and the Polish Academy of Sciences Branch in Poznań.

🏆 On Saturday, November 16, 2024, the ProDok 2024 Doctoral Environment Gala and the Poznań Doctoral Ball will take place.

📆 Applications for the ProDok 2024 Competition can be submitted until October 27, 2024, at 23:59.

1️⃣ For logistical reasons, the number of places at the event is limited - please register in advance. The organizers reserve the right to refuse registration, particularly based on the order of applications and the number of registered representatives of individual doctoral student governments.❗️
2️⃣ Individuals who wish to participate in the Poznań Doctoral Ball with accompanying persons not participating in the Open Meeting are asked to contact representatives of the Poznań Agreement of PhD Candidates - the Organizer of the Ball directly. 🌙
