During the classes, we use proven techniques for working with the body and breath, such as meditation, Jacobson relaxation, Schultz's autogenic training, and mindfulness. Each session is designed to enable deep relaxation, improve concentration, and regenerate both physically and mentally.
The classes are excellent for those wishing to take care of their health, improve sleep quality, and increase resilience to stress. This is a time solely for you – in silence, tranquility, and full presence. Regardless of your level of experience, we invite you on this journey to deep relaxation.

Stefan Janicki
Certified laughter yoga instructor, laughter therapist, sound therapist, relaxation trainer, and DJ, who has been helping people reduce stress and find joy in life for years. After many years of working in the media, he discovered his true passion – supporting others in regaining inner peace and balance. Experiences related to overcoming his own difficulties, including depression, allowed him to understand how important harmony between body and mind is, and now he shares these experiences with participants in his classes.
For four years, he has been conducting laughter yoga classes that help participants break through daily tensions and build mental resilience. In his work, he combines an approach based on solid scientific foundations with a friendly, light atmosphere, making his sessions accessible to both those seeking relaxation and those looking for deeper experiences. He also organizes relaxation sessions and concerts using Tibetan bowls and gongs, which lead participants into a state of deep harmony and calm.
His classes are aimed at everyone who wishes to slow down the pace of life, reduce stress, and improve their well-being, as well as find inner peace, regain joy, and learn to cope effectively with stress in daily life.
