Yes, your eyes do not deceive you! MARC BOUTAVANT, one of the most outstanding contemporary French illustrators, has arrived in Poland for the first time!

We invite graphic designers, students of artistic fields, and all those interested in book illustration and children's literature to the French Institute for a meeting dedicated to the artistic journey, creative workshop, and the art of illustration by Marc Boutavant.

What did his career path look like? What led him to his current stage in his career? What inspires him, and what challenges does he face? What does he consider the most important in children's literature? How does he assess the situation of children's books in France? How does he perceive the role of an artist who creates for the youngest?

These and many other topics will be discussed during the evening conversation with Marc Boutavant by Polish Radio journalist, Aldona Łaniewska-Wołłk.
