How do you experience your body on a daily basis? Are you aware of its wisdom? It is said that the body remembers, the body does not lie. Do you know that all your beliefs, developmental experiences, traumas, and emotional states are recorded in your body? Unexpressed emotions, especially the difficult ones: fear, anger, sadness manifest in the body as tensions, often chronic and unconscious.
Reaching them and releasing them allows for freer expression, fuller being, and living life to the fullest.
RETURN TO THE BODY is a cycle of 5 workshop meetings based on the psychotherapeutic method of working with the body developed by the outstanding psychiatrist and psychotherapist Alexander Lowen, art therapy techniques, aromatherapy, and working with imagery.
Participation in the workshops will gently but deeply allow you to experience yourself on the level of mind, body, and emotions.

TOPICS OF MEETINGS 🌟 1. THE BODY IS MY HOME. THE BODY DOES NOT LIE
In Lowen's exercises, you will experience mindful movement and may be surprised by rediscovering your body. You will also check where your emotions reside.
2. THE FOUNDATION IS...HERE AND NOW - ON STABLE STEPPING ON THE GROUND.
Do you feel how important breath and body awareness are? What do you choose in your life - 'grounding and standing on your own feet,' or 'slipping and unstable ground'?
3. ME IN RELATIONSHIPS - ON BOUNDARIES AND ANGER.
My boundaries - the Berlin Wall, or a lacy curtain in the wind? What do I want, what do I not want? How do I define my life space?
4. CREATIVITY AND PLEASURE IN THE CENTER OF THE BODY.
You will discover the purpose of tremors and vibrations in the body. I will invite you to exercises that unblock flow in the pelvis.
5. IN THE SPACE OF THE HEART
How often do you follow the voice of your heart and what does it actually mean? We will focus on the area of the chest and opening 'the inner spaces of the heart.' Who stands guard over them? Whom do you invite into your heart?
