The exhibition 'On-site and Takeaway. Warsaw Cuisine' tells the story of the city... from the kitchen!

The ways of preparing and serving meals, the most commonly consumed dishes, and the places where people dined have changed over the centuries, reflecting social, cultural, and political transformations.

From the Middle Ages to the present day, this incredibly important area of life is explored through archaeological discoveries, everyday objects, archives, photographs, as well as works of both ancient and modern art.
