WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

💃 Warm-up

We will start the workshop with a warm-up that will help you take care of your body, preparing it for prayer through dance. Your body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit – you will learn how to care for it with love.

💃 Working with the body

We will learn how to be present in our bodies, how to feel them in harmony with our heart and spirit. This is a space for breath, movement, and being authentic before God.

🙏 Prayer

We will immerse every step and gesture in the worship of Jesus, and we will also pray together for the healing of our hearts, self-acceptance, and the acceptance of God's Love in every area of our lives.

💃 Choreographies

You will learn beautiful choreographies that will help you accept your body.

🙏 Conference

The Word of God will become the foundation that will help you discover how precious your body is in the eyes of God and how His truth can transform your thinking. You will learn how to look at yourself with more love and confidence, and how to shape your life based on God's perspective and love in everyday situations.

💃 Stretching

Finally, we will stretch our muscles, reduce stress, and tension in the body.

In this workshop, you do not need to have dance experience. What matters is your heart that wants to meet the Love of God. If you desire to discover how important and beautiful your body is in God's eyes, this workshop is made just for you!
