On November 8, we invite you to a concert by Accorvion Duo as part of the 'Cultural Fridays at Wiślicka 8' series.
Accorvion Duo is a combination of violin and accordion born from the love of two friends for music. The duo is characterized by the hard work, determination, and creativity of two women who share their sensitivity with other creators and art recipients.
The main theme of the concert is dance in exceptional interpretations by world creators of this genre. Dance has been inseparably linked to music since the dawn of humanity. In rituals, celebrations, and as an expression of the expressive reception of music. To this day, dance is considered a form of externalizing emotions, relieving tensions and traumas that are deeply embedded in the human body. There are many types of music for dancing, and we focus on instrumental dance forms that move not only the body but, above all, the mind and soul.
The artists will announce and share interesting facts about the pieces we will hear during the concert.
Magdalena Czestkowska - violin
Natalia Anna Kowalska - accordion
