➡️ TRAINING OBJECTIVE:

The main objective of the training is to present employee mediation and indicate methods of preventing conflicts in the workplace.

➡️ TARGET AUDIENCE OF THE TRAINING:

📜 TRAINING PROGRAM:

1. Mediation in employee matters – introductory issues.

2. Areas of application of mediation in the workplace.

3. Methods of preventing employee disputes.

4. The position and role of the mediator. Internal mediator vs. external mediator.

5. Mediation techniques and strategies.

6. The course of employee mediation.

7. Agreement between the employee and the employer.

8. Cooperation of the Personnel Department and HR with the mediator.

9. Case study:

– resolving interpersonal conflicts in a team;

– mediation in a mobbing case;

– resolving issues related to employee evaluation and the application of the system of penalties and rewards;

– amicable resolution of employment contracts, contracts for specific work, and contracts for services;

– introducing mediation into the work regulations and anti-mobbing policy.

Each participant of the training receives a Certificate of completion of the training.
