“Witch's Wound” is the voice of the past demanding to be heard. It is a journey into the depths of women's history, full of courage, pain, and reborn power. An artistic project born from the need to transform anxiety into art and to understand contemporary challenges faced by women in the context of centuries of injustice.
Our artistic paths converged at this very moment to create a performance that not only tells about what was but primarily invites you to share the experience of what is and dream of what will be.
In times when being different, strong, or striving for development could end tragically, the Witch ('she who knows', 'knowledge-haver') became a symbol of liberation, rebellion, but also wisdom and ancient knowledge. A connection to intuition, cyclicality, and nature. At the same time, it is a symbol burdened with negative connotations and fear. Those who could not be burned watched the suffering of their sisters. Trembling for their own lives, they clenched their fists and swallowed tears caused by inexplicable cruelty.
Today, as contemporary “witches” – those who know and feel – we wish to touch this collective trauma and explore what connects us to it. Through our performance, we pay tribute to all those who had the courage to dream and create despite adversity.
With “Witch's Wound”, we aim to open a field of collective healing – so that we as a community can transcend divisions and focus on what unites us - regardless of gender. Although our story arises from the experiences of women, its message is universal. We believe that only together can we create a space where mutual support and recognition of diverse experiences will be the foundation of the future.
We invite you to be part of this ceremony, as allies, witnesses, and participants in the healing process. A shared experience will allow for a deeper understanding of how history has affected us all. It is an opportunity to read the past, and above all, to build a new future based on dialogue, understanding, and mutual support.

*** The November aura does its part, so we suggest bringing a warm cover, so that chills are caused by experiences, not temperature. ***
