The Scientific Circle of Real Estate Law at WPiA UW is pleased to invite all interested parties to participate in the fourth edition of the certified workshop cycle 'Real Estate Law Academy' in the academic year 2024/25!

Real Estate Law Academy is the flagship project of our Circle. During 8 meetings taking place from October to December 2024 in the offices of the largest Polish and international law firms in Warsaw, you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the basic knowledge of real estate law and learn what the work of a lawyer dealing with real estate law on a daily basis looks like and what it involves. You will learn, among other things:

🌆 what is Due Diligence?
🔹 what is institutional leasing?
🔹 what does a construction contract look like?
Therefore, you cannot miss it!

💼 Meetings will be held weekly on Tuesdays in the evening hours at the offices of the largest Polish and international law firms in Warsaw.

❗️ Registration is for the entire cycle and lasts until Friday, October 18, at 11:59 PM. On Saturday morning, an email confirming participation in the cycle will be sent to the qualified individuals, while those not qualified will receive information about their non-qualification and possible placement on the waiting list.

✅️ A certificate of participation will be awarded to those who attend at least six meetings and take a multiple-choice test that will take place after the last meeting.

🤓 Achieving a test score of at least 80% guarantees receiving a certificate with distinction.
