For many years involved in the implementation of software projects for companies, where he gained extensive knowledge about the functioning of enterprises in various business areas. Collaborated with trading companies, providing tools and services to streamline work. Was responsible for bringing products and systems to market, sales and marketing, as well as conducting training and organizing departments creating software for integrated security systems, building automation, production management systems, and e-commerce.

3. Ania Gruszka, Chief Growth Officer and Jarosław Łuczka, Product Owner at adQuery

Bio of Ania: C-level manager with over a decade of experience in management, development, and media strategy. At adQuery, responsible for business growth, brand awareness, accelerating platform development in the European market, and relationships with major brands. Actively presents research and solutions before the European Commission, IAB Forum, Mobile Trends, VideoWars, Internet Standard, Multiscreen Day, Online Marketing Congress, and at WSB University. As chair of the Qualid Program at IAB, fights for the quality of online advertising. Bio of Jarosław: Manager with 20 years of experience in sales management and company development. In November 2023, he took the position of Product Owner at adQuery - a technology platform providing comprehensive support for digital campaigns at every stage of the sales funnel. In his role, he is responsible for the development of technology regarding new functionalities, communication, and expanding the company's product offering. Previously associated with offline media, then with companies such as Tradedoubler, E-com 360, Profity (CH), and Tarsago Group. His strengths include versatile experience in the market in digital advertising, e-commerce, marketing automation, including the implementation of foreign solutions dedicated to the e-commerce industry.
