ARE YOU COMING TO WARSAW?
The International Committee invites you to an open study trip to Warsaw in October 2024, and we would really love to have you with us!
We are in the process of putting together a strong professional program, and although everything is not quite in place yet, you can look forward to a series of visits to parties, European institutions, and think tanks – all with a focus on Poland's upcoming presidency in the Council of Ministers.
In addition to this, there will of course also be a focus on experiencing the city's history, tasting its culture, and enjoying a bit of its colorful nightlife.
We will travel from Copenhagen on Sunday, October 13 at 14:50 and land back home again on Thursday, October 17 at 14:20. So there is time for everyone to join, whether you are from North Jutland, Funen, or Roskilde.
In Warsaw, we will be staying centrally – right next to the main train station – so it will be easy to get around the city.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The price for the trip will be 5,000 kroner per participant, paid in two installments of 2,500. Since we cannot book tickets until participants are confirmed, this is a tentative maximum amount. Therefore, it may be that the price ultimately becomes a little cheaper, in which case the difference will be refunded.
HOW DO YOU SIGN UP?
The trip is open to everyone. To register, you need to fill out the following form: https://podio.com/webforms/29527601/2430576.
The deadline for registration is August 1. You will be notified if you have been accepted for the trip after August 5. Do you have any questions about this? Contact organizer Jørgen Boelskov at email j@boelskov.dk.
