Unique, innovative activities for youth aged 12+, supporting the development of social and emotional skills through real group action, conducted using a culinary workshop in the space of Pracownia na Kole adapted for conducting such activities for children and youth.
The classes will be conducted using a humanistic method, where we emphasize:
- self-awareness
- the ability to name emotions and needs
- the ability to resolve conflicts in the spirit of non-violent communication
- communication exercises.
An important part of the classes is creating a space for youth where participants will feel safe and establish lasting friendships. Culinary workshops allow participants to try out newly acquired skills “on the spot.”
The activities are aimed at:
- neurodiverse youth
- youth eager to develop culinary and communication skills
- youth seeking new friendships
- youth wanting to develop emotional and social competencies
We guarantee:
- a unique opportunity to experience new sensory experiences: we will taste, touch various spices and products, experiment with different textures, scents, and flavors

The classes will take place regularly throughout the entire school year 2024/2025.

Anna Raskolnikoff - educator with many years of experience working with neurodiverse youth. Ania conducts English language classes using creative methods, TUS classes using a humanistic method, and is a sensory integration therapist. She also organizes anti-violence workshops and social inclusion workshops, as well as training for professionals as a self-advocate with a diagnosis of autism and ADHD. A mother. She loves playing board games and creating handicrafts. In her free time, she plays music on the hurdy-gurdy and sings. A few months ago, she decided to learn how to skateboard. Because nothing is impossible.
Anna Gajewska - a professional teacher with a passion, a culinary educator with many years of experience. In the kitchen, she loves everything that is green 🙂. She relaxes by dancing among satisfied people. A big fan of board games, a lover of mountains and cycling. She recharges her batteries in Roztocze. Privately, she is the mother of three wonderful, demanding children and the owner of Rumba (a Bolognese breed).
