Kundalini Yoga is not just a practice for the BODY. It is a yoga of consciousness, working on an energetic and spiritual level.
During our regular Wednesday meetings, we will reach for practices that will positively tune us for the whole day, adding energy, vitality, but also peace and balance. The transformative power of Kundalini Yoga helps to better cope with daily challenges and create a life in accordance with the desire of the heart.
The classes will be tailored for both beginners and more advanced practitioners.
One lesson consists of physical practice, breathing, relaxation, and meditation accompanied by a mantra.
You will feel the beneficial effects on your well-being after the first practice.
The benefits of regular Kundalini Yoga practice include:

The duration of the lesson is from 75 to 90 minutes.
Regular class schedule:
Mondays at 18:30 - Kundalini Yoga from scratch.
Wednesdays at 10:00 - Kundalini Yoga for a good day.
Fee:
35 PLN/ 1 lesson.
120 PLN/ 4 lessons (30 days).
180 PLN/ 30 days (open pass).
Payment in cash or by card on site.
You do not need to register, just come.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE CLASS:
arrive 10 minutes early to prepare for the class - we start on time.
there are mats, cushions, and blankets in the room, but you can bring your own.
dress comfortably for physical exercises and preferably in layers, so you stay warm during relaxation.
do not eat 2 hours before practice.
we practice barefoot.
do not practice under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
inform the teacher about any physical ailments before the lesson.
if you have doubts related to the practice and your health condition, consult a doctor.
