Screening of the documentary film 'Akowcy' directed by Krzysztof Nowak-Tyszowiecki.
The documentary describes all stages of the formation of the Home Army: from the establishment of the underground Service for the Victory of Poland, through the formation of the armed forces of the Polish Underground State, to the trial of its leaders in the Moscow 'Trial of the Sixteen' (the show trial confirmed the bad intentions of the Soviets towards the Republic).
The film presents the activities of the organization, focusing on methods of sabotage and diversion as well as the functioning of civil administration and courts.
