Combined course of levels I-IV of therapy with Tibetan singing bowls
The course is led by physiotherapist Łukasz Mazurek - a student of Himalayan masters, therapists, and practitioners, including Shree Krishna Shahi and Santy Ratna Shakya.
The practice being passed on reflects human genius striving to achieve maximum effect using the simplest methods. It is the fruit of the ancient tradition of the Himalayas, and especially Tibet, where knowledge was verified, accumulated, and passed on practically exclusively through experience.
The series of courses we invite you to is an unprecedented event - techniques that were passed on over 40 years ago by Tashi Lama will be offered to those who carry in their hearts a burning desire to heal themselves and others. During the advanced workshops, therapeutic methods that have been kept in strict secrecy since the death of Tashi Lama in the 1980s will be shared. The guardian of this knowledge, Shree Krishna Shahi, has decided that the time has come for them to be used to restore harmony on a local and global scale.
Contrary to various opinions prevailing in Europe, Tibetan singing bowls have been and are used in the Himalayas for therapeutic purposes, although in fact, this knowledge is possessed by very few.
The Himalayan approach significantly differs from European schools of sound massage with Tibetan singing bowls, both mentally and in terms of the technique of performing the massage itself.
Bowls are not just about sound - advanced practitioners can, for example, dedicate only 1/3 of their time to working with sound - other techniques using bowls include: massage, aromatherapy, working with crystals, psychophysical exercises (according to the original Himalayan transmission).
