Yoni Shakti - have you ever heard of it?
Otherwise known as C*nt Power! The power of the c*nt!
It is from this that our greatest feminine wisdom, our intuition, our creation arises. Not from the head, nor even from the heart. What is most true in us comes from the space of the womb and yoni.
Menstruation is the oldest religion in the world, and our blood is the most important teacher and guide through the cycles of life and death. What it teaches us is love and tenderness towards ourselves, our changeability, and cyclicality. What it teaches us is freedom.
Most of us grew up in a culture and society that does not support the development of a conscious relationship with the menstrual cycle. Menstruation is rather defined as a 'problem,' as 'women's issues,' as something painful, shameful. Sometimes as a curse.
Remember – how was your first menstruation welcomed? What words did your mother, grandmother, and the women around you use to talk about it? What is your relationship with your own cycle, what language do you use to describe it, what does it remind you of?
If among these associations are pain, shame, embarrassment, weakness, indifference – I invite you to dive deep into the topic of the cycle and the wisdom of our blood, the wisdom of our bodies.
We will dismantle cultural constructs around menstruation, work through beliefs that harm us, and learn practical methods that will allow us to establish a relationship with the cycle – regardless of how old you are, and whether you are currently menstruating or not.
What I want to convey to you is revolutionary knowledge. The Red Circles will be a place where learning meets ritual and ancient wisdom. Where physiology and spirituality will intersect. Where physical experiences will become a path for our spiritual development.
Come, woman, immerse yourself in this topic. Feel the power flowing from menstruation, blood, and the womb.
🩸🩸🩸
The Red Circles will have a workshop format. This means that we will share words in a circle, but we will also delve into knowledge, learn, practice, and get to know each other. I will share with you the teachings I have received and the knowledge gathered over the past months and years.
🩸🩸🩸
Important!
The knowledge I convey is not medical knowledge. It does not replace regular check-ups, visits to the gynecologist, and does not oppose modern science. It is a complement to what we know about the female body, an expansion of perspective to include the spiritual dimension. It does not negate the scientific approach and is not intended to convince you of anything. If you see concerning symptoms, feel pain – consult a doctor!
The meetings are not associated with any religion. Their intention is not to criticize reality or judge it, but rather to observe what surrounds us with openness to learning other perspectives.

PROGRAM
🩸 10.09.2024 | Menstruation in Tradition and Culture
What significance did menstruation have for our ancestors? How was the meaning of menstruation understood in times when we did not have medical knowledge about hormones and physiological changes? How have cultural expectations changed our approach to menstruation? How did it happen that the red of blood was replaced by blue liquid in pad advertisements, and menstruation is considered by many to be something 'unclean'? Is it true that menstruating women had to isolate themselves from the rest of the community?
There are many questions here – we will seek answers to them.
🩸 17.09.2024 | Your Monthly Cycle: Four Seasons
We will take a closer look at the physiology of the female monthly cycle using the concept of the 4 seasons and via positiva/via negativa. How does your body, needs, and desires change throughout the cycle? What are your breakthrough moments? How to follow your natural rhythm? Is there such a thing as an ideal cycle? How to synchronize your cycle with the phases of the Moon, how to train mindfulness of changes within yourself? What does your menstruation really tell you?
This is a workshop full of practical knowledge about our bodies, hormones, and the desires of the soul.
🩸 24.09 | Rites of Passage in the Cycle
Attention! Lasts until 22:00! The circle is open only to participants of previous meetings 🩸
The first menstruation, one of the most important rites of passage in a woman's life. How was yours welcomed? How did other women – your mother, grandmother, aunt, friend – receive you? We will look at the younger you – the teenager, perhaps lost, perhaps proud. This will be an opportunity to reconnect with the cycle and a chance to change perspective.
We will also look at other rites of passage marked by blood in a woman's life: the first sexual contact, pregnancy, childbirth, menopause.
I will also invite you to a ceremony that – if you wish – can bring you many insights and be an inspiration for your daughters, nieces, granddaughters, and those who will come after you.
🩸 01.10 | 5 Chambers of Menstruation and Yoga Nidra
During this meeting, we will dive deep into meditation and the practice of yoga nidra - yogic sleep. We will visit the tower of yoginis, and also talk about the concept of the five chambers of menstruation and the translation of our physiology and physicality into spiritual experiences. This will be an opportunity to meet yourself in the space of the heart and womb, as well as to understand the meaning of the words we use to describe menstruation, womb, and c*nt.
🩸 08.10 | Womb Yoga and Breathing Techniques
A practical workshop on breathing that helps release tension in the womb, can alleviate PMS and painful menstruation, contributes to greater balance and well-being. Additionally, a discussion and demonstration of asanas that also support you in different phases of the cycle and with various ailments. You will also receive a mini-guide to supportive yogic positions and breathing.
Along the way, we will look at how our Western interpretation of yoga has lost the practice of being aware of the monthly cycle – and how we can restore that.
🩸 15.10 | Herbs, Spices, Aromatherapy, and Diet
Practical knowledge on how to help yourself naturally in different phases of the cycle – using herbs, scents, and appropriate food. We will talk about what yoni steaming is, whether diet really affects our monthly cycle, and how modern science relates to this.
How to prepare?
Start tracking your monthly cycle so that you know what day and phase of the cycle you are in.
Collect a few drops of your monthly blood – you can dilute it with water and keep it in a sealed jar/bottle. Bring it to our third meeting.
